This song is so heartbreakingly beautiful. I relate to it so much because I missed out on being with my soulmate - he was right in front of me starting at age 15 and I was so stupid and didn’t see it. He was my best friend and it took me 12 years to see that he was perfect for me. He fell for me too early and I fell for him too late - I know that’s a cliche but it really is true for us. By the time I’d grown up and realized it, he was marrying someone else. I’m thankful we are still friends, but I always hear this song and allow myself to dream about the other life - the one where I recognized him as my soulmate from the beginning, got married, and we took on the world together. 🥹

I met my old school mate's girlfriend when they were 2 years in a relationship and was quite good quite toxic... she missed emotional and life support and wanted him to change a bit, to be more fun, almost from very first month we instantly felt something more than just friends, and all it happened... she became cold to him, and distanced, more closer to me, she said more love things to me than anyone so far, it was like a paradise, I motivated her for so many things, for her to love herself, her eyes etc, just like she motivated me, but in the end, she has still chosen to be with him and not with me, she says maybe we are not meant to be, maybe she's just emotional immature, because she can't decide or is afraid I don't know... it was very weird, very intense and very full of love, but now she says she can't lose me, she still loves me and all, we both can't imagine life without each other that's how strong our connection is... she did m any things first time with me in 4 months than with him for 3 years...
